The first and without quesiton the most important factor in figuring out how to get ripped faster and better is always going to be diet, diet, diet! The food that a person consumes is directly going to reflect the way that a body grows, changes, develops, and builds more muscle mass. A body is going to be more willing to change and grow for the effort one exerts by doing specific things that it is craving. This means of course, hydration and lots of it, and it also means protein, especially after a workout. Learning more about the diet changes that a person can make to improve their performance and their outcome of exercising is one of the most important things a person can do.
Another thing that people who want to build muscle mass must remember is to take a day off for recovery. Even if this seems counter intuitive, our bodies require a day off in the week to recuperate and to really adjust to the changes going on within them.
